I love to raid but my current guild is holding me back

How do you prepare yourself for a raid?
Get my own food flasks, make sure i am repaired up, check the starting time 4 or 5 times a day, read up on strategys for my class. listen to guildmembers imput on what to do

im a fun person to be talking to, but all serious about raiding, take orders well, dont bullshit people
