Current, pre WotLK and pre TBC raiding experience: PRE TBC: mc,bwl,zg, onyxia. PRE WOTLK: tk,gruul,za,kz. WOTLK: all instances except eoe hc and 3 quarters in naxx hc.

How often you are able to raid (days and time you are availble for a 100% raiding and beeing awesome!) i can raid all the day if need, and nights to.

How do you prepare yourself for a raid? wit posions and read some tacks if needed / watching movies.
